SANITARY PADS DISTRIBUTION AT JHARKHAND
Pragyata Foundation’s ‘Jharkhand State Coordinator’ Mr. Karan Raj Thakur with the other members distributed 1000 sanitary pads to the underprivileged women at Aragoti village, Chatra District, Jharkhand and the beneficiaries were encouraged to use safe menstrual products instead of cloth. Ms. Suhana Begum told the ladies about the health concerns associated with unhygienic practices during menstruation. They were also urged to properly dispose off used sanitary napkins in order to keep the environment clean.

We are grateful to collaborate with Mr. Omar Hafiz a well known Development Practitioner and a leader in training youth on development front for various life skills required to live a prosperous life. To this end, a workshop series was conducted across Kashmir Valley in different schools. This workshop series aimed at capacity building and conflict management.
