The name of the Competition sounds a little tricky but the competition is really an interesting one. Oodle Doodlez is a competition in which little and young artists from all over the country express their thoughts on the given theme in the form of doodling by engaging their thinking process.

Usually a Doodling Competition sounds complete artwork, but Oodle Doodlez is not such. Our judgement criteria will also be different from the rest. Participants will win not only on the basis of their artwork, but also their creativity, imagination and how well they are able to present their thoughts and opinions.

Other Details

This is a one-level Competition. The Test Paper would contain a logo of an organisation, which the participants will have to doodle. They can use artful doodling from black to white to brilliantly coloured patterns and designs. Any kind of technique can be used like shading to dimensioning, pattern art to simply colouring. Mediums can be pencils, colour pencils, pens, markers, paints, pastels, inks, sketching pens etc. The Doodle should be related to the given theme. The test paper would also contain a section where the participant is asked to write a small blurb describing his/her doodle. It should contain the main idea behind the doodle, how it is related to the theme, which materials have been used, brief depiction of the creation and so on. The time limit for doodling is 60 minutes. Themes for doodling will also be uploaded on our website. Students from class 3-12, college students and above are eligible for taking part in this competition. Individual participation is allowed.

The sheet for doodling has to be downloaded from our website, doodled, scanned and then has to be sent to us via E-mail; however we’ll also accept couriered sheets.

Winners from participating Schools/Colleges/Institutions will be informed by their School/Colleges/Institutions. The prizes for those winners will be sent to their Schools/Colleges/Institutions. Individual participation winners will be informed individually and their prizes will be sent to them. However, the list of the winners will also be uploaded on our website.

TOPICS FOR OODLE DOODLEZ 2016-17

Two topics have been provided for every age group out of which one has to be chosen by the participant:
