CLEANLINESS DRIVE IN VASANT KUNJ AREA

On the occasion of the World Environment Day, Pragyata Foundation organised a cleanliness drive in an area of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. With the motive of keeping the city clean and spreading awareness about the same, the children chose an area which had garbage all around that had been thrown by the passerby's, put on masks and gloves and cleaned it with full dedication. Later on, Mr. Ajay Rai also told them about the importance of the Environment Day and through what other ways they can do their bit in preserving it. Small initiatives like this prove to be big since during a cleanliness drive, we don't just clean and beautify the surroundings but also pass on the message of the importance of cleanliness to the residents of that area.
