INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2018!
"Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim, the better your practice the brighter your flame." ~ B. K. S. Iyengar
In today's fast-paced world, it has become absolutely essential to take care of, and take out time, for our mind and body; and what could be a better way for this than practicing yoga. On the occasion of the International Yoga Day, Pragyata Foundation conducted a yoga session with the assistance of Ms. Ishika Kashyap, a yoga trainer. Students as well as elders took part and demonstrated various asanas. They were also told about the benefits of this beautiful discipline, and were also given tips of the same. We hope that through this session, we were able to make people establish a connection with their inner self.
Happy International Yoga Day!
