INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATION
Pragyata Foundation celebrates International Yoga Day today with the help of its volunteers and members, who are in different parts of Delhi/NCR, UP, Jharkhand and Bihar. Each of the volunteers contributed in their own ways for the successful execution of yoga sessions while staying in their homes.
As Pragyata Foundation is working on the issue of mental health through its project “Say Yes To Healthy Mind”, on this International Yoga day, Yoga Instructor and Accupressure Specialist at Reiki Healing Foundation, Guru Roshan Sheikh explains and demonstrates a few techniques and postures of yoga that are known to improve mental well-being. Dr. Sandeep Kumar, Clinical Psychologist helped in educating people through their videos.
