PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WORKSHOP BY SHAH AIJAZ

Pragyata Foundation organised an informative cum physical activity workshop in Govt Girls Primary School, Nathupur.

The workshop was conducted by Shah Aijaz, a known Journalist, Social Activist, Counselor, Sports Promoter and Educational event organiser of Jammu and Kashmir. This workshop witnessed participation of almost all the girl students of the school.

The workshop started with the dissemination of thorough information on basic health and hygiene through which students were taught hand washing, brushing and other sanitation skills. The students were distributed in 5 groups of 11 students each and were ingaged in sorting out meaningful english words made from the scrambled letters coming from their names. Two groups out of five with good word formations were invited to play balloon train and the winner of the contest was awarded accordingly. The students enjoyed this informative cum educational session along with entertaining physical activities and asked for more which was sadly not possible due to the shortage of time.
