WORKSHOP ON LEADERSHIP

A workshop on leadership was held at Government Senior Secondary School, Nathupur, Gurugram by Pragyata foundation with the help of Mr. Omar Hafiz (Developement Practitioner - UN). The workshop focused on building and evolving a student’s sense of taking initiatives, leading different types of groups, looking at the bigger picture as well as details, and also experimentally demonstrating how simple strategies can make a difference using various activities that these students participated on throughout the duration of the workshop. Most importantly, the students truly learned what we aimed for them, hence succeeding the very goal behind the workshop- to help them grasp new skills than merely making them aware about the same. We could clearly see difference in the ways students performed task after learning the leadership skills by the end. Kudos everyone!
